At Reforest Nation, our mission is to maximise the environmental impact of every contribution. The cost to plant a single tree in Ireland typically ranges from €30 to €150. By pooling these resources, we leverage each contribution to plant up to 10x to 50x more trees than other Irish groups.

Our saplings thrive across fourteen counties in Ireland and in the vital ecosystems of Madagascar. In Ireland, they grow under the stewardship of nature reserves, community projects, and dedicated landowners, making each tree planted a deeply sustainable gift. Abroad, we collaborate with Eden Reforestation Projects to help restore mangroves and other critical habitats. Reforest Nation stands out for its commitment to planting only the highest quality, certified native Irish trees. Each of our carefully selected saplings is a two-year-old, Irish-grown specimen, ranging from 50 cm to over 2 meters in height. With a diverse portfolio of more than 25 native species, we offer the widest variety of any tree planting initiative in Ireland, ensuring unmatched forest quality and biodiversity.

Our use of a naturalistic planting method dramatically speeds up forest development, making our process ten times faster than standard methods and increasing carbon absorption and biodiversity by up to 100 times.
